When registered nurse Launa Stone opened the doors of her first Med-Spa in 1999 Beverly Hills, she set out to create a special experience for her clients. “My Med-Spa offers the privacy and pampering of a boutique spa with a complete range of services of a larger facility”, explains Stone. In 2001, Stone opened her first Med-Spa in Brentwood and she quickly became one of the top 7 botox injectors in West Los Angeles achieving “Platinum Account” status from Allergan, the makers of Botox.
Before launching her own business, Stone gained 10 years experience working for leading Beverly Hills plastic surgeons including Dr. Harry Glassman, Dr. Larry Koplin, Dr. Gary Tearston, and Dr. Norman Leaf. She dreamed of opening a one-stop shop where she could offer medical strength, full service skin care treatments and products, coupled with a highly trained staff.
The upscale community of Calabasas is home to Stone’s newest Med-Spa where she offers the newest, most innovative laser treatments and therapuetic facials including her signature “Dripping With Diamonds” treatment, laser hair removal, botox injections, Juvederm and Restylane, Intense Pulsed Light, detox beds and Galavanic Spa. Stone recently teamed up with Darren Clair, MD, a pioneer in the field of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Dr. Clair will serve as Medical Director and will see patients for hormonal balancing, weight loss, vitamin supplementation and neurotransmitter balancing.
